Specialized Training
We also provide one-on-one training for individual problem solving. Training is available at our facility or in the home. At times, it may be more beneficial to work individually with a trainer to meet your specific needs. We are happy to accommodate your schedule or address a specific training need with private lessons. If you are unable to attend our classes, don’t feel your dog is a fit for the class setting, or prefer to work on specific issues you are experiencing, we can schedule private lessons to meet your needs. The base rate for private training is $125.00 per hour, but may vary depending on the individual situation.
If you are looking to jumpstart your dog’s education or feel the training issues you are experiencing need intensive work, we offer boarding training where the dog resides with us and receives daily work sessions with experienced trainers. We will meet with you to discuss your goals for the dog and design a training plan that will meet both your and your dog’s needs. We will work individually with your dog, then work with you and the dog together. The final goal of all individual training is to mainstream the dog into a class setting where the handler can benefit from working closely with other dogs and handlers to develop a well-mannered pet. Two week and four week packages are available. Prices are quoted on a case by case basis.
